(2) Tell people what kind of work you have for them. For commissions, also tell them how much work it will probably be. (3) Tell people how much work on your project is already complete. (4) Always open recruitment threads in the correct subforum - Free, Commercial or Paid Work.

Looking for artists to join the team!
Hi everyone! I've started to write visual novels, and I've gathered a few people with specific parts. Right now, we need a graphic artist to design sprites, and possibly one or two backgrounds. We will not be able to pay you, but you will be fully credited or if you wish, join the team for a few visual novels and the money made from putting it up on a store will be evenly cut.
Hope you will consider it, because we can have so much fun creating visual novels together!
