On the Onset of the current time line, World War IV erupted;
The then United States of Russia attacks the Union of American States,
The Union back the communists of Australia and wins their civil war,
Antarctica, a former Japanese Territory, gets invaded by Australia...
800 Hours Later, The war ends, and the world begins a rapid state of cooling from the repeated use of unconventional weapons.
Antarctica, being warm enough to live in with normal winter clothing, starts to become unbearably cold... so the evacuation of 1,000,000 Antarctic young adults and youths was ordered. Evacuated to the then voided regions of the former Edogawa-ward of Tokyo and another site in Kyoto.
The story picks-up
6 years after the relocation of the million to Tokyo and Kyoto. You play as Kyo Nakahara, A 8/10 Japanese Guy who lives with Tomoko Oniyama, his childhood friend (and the cause why is he studying in an Antarctic Institute instead of a Japanese one...) and studies at the University of Antarctica's Multiple Intelligences Academy, where Nanako Ishii, his girlfriend and Maya Nohara, his online buddy are his classmates, and also, where his first love Hiromi Aoki studies...

Kyo Nakahara - A level-headed, right-wing, cynical student who likes to sleep (or more like, ordered to sleep by his doctor) He's indecisive when it comes to girls... and plays intentionally with their thoughts.
The Heroines:Tomoko Oniyama - Kyo's playmate since 4th grade, she lost her parents (and her entire extended family) along with his mother before the war in a "plane crash". Kyo's father took her in..She's air headed.... cute and clumsy.
Nanako Ishii - Kyo's "girlfriend" for 6 months. She's shy and timid. She is from a prominent clan of Magicians (and of purple-haired women). Her sister is Kyo's advisor.
Maya Nohara - Kyo's online buddy who is an otaku and an
ex-borderline hikikomori.???.. she suffers from a lot of emotional conditions. She's outgoing and active.... She can read people's memories, but can't read Kyo's, Tomoko's and her own memories. Kyo knows what Maya was in the past.
Hiromi Aoki - The girl Kyo pursued back when he was still in Antarctica. She rejected Kyo when she said "no" subconsciously.... Hiromi is a class B magician who has a habit of zapping people when she's happy.... Hiromi's cousin Sora, was the one responsible for Kyo and Hiromi's reunion.
