So there were a lot of lessons I could read (in addiion to translated lessons). But it took me about 3-5 years to draw something I liked and didn't want to redraw. There was a tip in this topic - study other artists and that is a good tip. Take one of the pictures and try to draw basic lines on top of it to understand how artist drew his picture. You can see body's outline through clothes almost always, even if it's thick jacket. The exception is clothes with sleeves (which is not a problem if you can draw hands) and maybe skirts. And with that you can change this:
into something like this:
When you will be able to do it right - you'll be able to draw something similar.
