Since you mentioned doing concept sketches, would it be ok to just give you like a rough description of a character and let you have a crack at it and see what you come up with?

Also i was wondering if you were say commissioned to do the lower tier ones, and then the person decides to go to the next one, do they have to pay full price again or just the difference?
Eg. if someone got a waist high lineart to start but then when you were done decided they also would like it colored, would they pay 5 + 10 to make up the difference, or 5 + 15?

Yes, I think that's the idea~ > v < I know it's kind of difficult to see whether you'd like me designs because I only have one example right now, but I swear I always try my best for everything~ ^ v ^ and if none of the designs are okay for you I wouldn't mind giving you your money back because otherwise I'd probably feel bad~ x'D

And well if you'd want a fully colored character I would have to go through all the steps anyways xD for me the steps are always

1)sketching (designing/the character concept step)
2)deciding the colors and lighting I'm going to use
3)linearting
4)coloring and shading with the colored sketch as reference for the lighting

so if I already made a sketch and you'd want to change it to being fully colored I would just change the price, not add the price of the colored to the sketch because a sketch is already included in a fully drawn character ^ v ^

the prices are:

-$1 for a sketch of the head, $2 for waist up and full body
-$2 for decent lining of the head and $3 for waist up and full body
-$1 dollar extra for basic coloring
-$4 dollars for full coloring of the head and $6 for waist up or full body
