Unless things change drastically, it looks like the 300 members will happen first...
One of the nice things about smallish groups is you have an idea on who everyone is and know what they like and dislike...as the group gets larger and larger it gets harder for newcomers to figure out who everyone is and what everyone likes and dislikes.

One of the things to also distinguish is the number of members and the number of active members. While the forum will have 300 members, there are many who haven't posted for a long time, who don't post at all or who simply lurk (which is fine, I do that on many forums).
I'd say there is about 40 active members now. Or more? Who knows. So it's like a classroom ^_^ (*makes a mental seating order* - guess who I'm sitting beside?)
For the future, I don't see the community grow exponentially. I'd say by being a little more known now, it will attract new people, but not a whole lot. It's the very specific nature of the forum that keeps the active numbers low. Not that I would mind.

It's true...some post and don't come back, or have difficulty to acess the internet and others (taking me as an example) have been far away for a while due to personal problems.
*Hopes that he is on the 40 member list of Mikey*
Hum....let me guess who is sitting next to you mikey..... erm Blue Lemma?
As for the result...let's wait and see shall we?

Hmmm... actually, no one's sitting next to me yet. I just said it so people would wonder. But now that I think about it, I'd like to sit next to eclipse! Because... the way I figure it, she could have vital information on how to steal the heart of our arts teacher ^_^.
Anyway, let me count... I know at least 3 female and 1 (arguably 2 more) male teachers from the fan-made games. Do senior supervisors count? (ToL, SSG...)... (right, tell me when to stop, I think I'm having too much immature fun)

Great. I have it going so nicely and then BL appears and gone are the girls. *sits in the corner and looks out the window*
Something slightly on-topic, I compared this board to the manga.sk board, which is many times bigger (don't be misled by the member/post count, the forum deletes inactive accounts and cleans up old topics), and despite that, they have had "only" 26 users online and this compares well with this board's 22. What that means? Loyal users, maybe ^_^

Funny, I always thought mikey sat next to Misato...
40 active members or so....hmmmmmmm......I tend to check the boards every day, but won't log in unless I'm going to post something...
*looks at the classroom and sits next to this pretty lady named Miko*
