Well, they will grow stronger no matter what you do to them. If you don't ask them to go on missions they will do their own routines and grow stronger in their own, however, going to battles and ask them to go in your party boost their status even better and of course, raise relationship points. Ignoring anyone will effect the plot, for sure.

I have a bad habit of skulking around the forums. =___= But anyway, wow. I'm really amazed at how quickly things seem to be progressing! I haven't really had time to finish the second game, what with my exams coming up but I'm really looking forward to this game! Your games are really interesting and I love the storyline! It's pretty awesome that you do all the writing, art, and coding by yourself, azure. I get overwhelmed just writing *_*. The only coding I've ever done was for a basic HTML website and that was a bitch . Keep it up! ^^
