Hi, I'm Maho! This is my first game, and I'd like it if you guys gave me your feedback on it. It's currently a HUUUUGGGGEEE project cause it involves, horror, supernatural, romance, otome, mystery, AND simulation.

We are in need of fanart, for our fanart gallery! Please, you can submit anything related to X-Tasy!

If you want to see this project finish, please, if you know a colorist that free or you can color well yourself, please help us! PM me. :3 we also need another spriter please! If you can duplicate this art style, please let me know. PLEASE.

Programming: 19% Chushiki Maho, Yeoppo_Kitsune (I want to get a few graphics before I do much)
Music: 68% (I've gotten about like 3-4 tracks ready)
Storyline: 56% Chushiki Maho, Yeoppo_Kitsune (Almost finished writing Theo's arc. Has finished Xanders.)
Sprites: 30% wingzofdarkness (CG and sprite artist)
CGS AND BGS: 0% (Please find me a colorist... )

I'm going off topic here. ^.^; Well, here's the summary so far:

I was always, always in the background. No one needed me nor wanted me. When I was confessed to by Perry; my crush for 3 years, I was overjoyed. I felt invincible. Until the next night, when both me and Perry were caught in a shooting at a convenience store. That was
the night I died. The night that Perry was buying me a milkshake and asking me if I wanted to go out with him. I died.

I wasn't sure what to do when I awoke in the so-called Dream Land. I wasn't sure what to say when I met, Xander, Theo, Prince, Miel, Kaeden and the rest of the group. And I definitely wasn't sure what to do when Reve threatened to kill me. Why am I here?

"You regrets bind you from this world to reality. They chain you here, and Reve takes advantage of that."

It's time to figure out how to get out of here... And find Perry.

Jezebel *name changeable* - 15 years old

Birthday: Unknown
The character you will be playing as. Jezebel is a sarcastic anime fan who sometimes insults people without knowing it. She really likes Chiyo-chan, a character from her favorite anime, made up specifically for this game, Star-Crossed Sanctuary.

I will be using Ren'Py. well, drum roll please, here are the eligible bachelors in this story! (You won't know the real names of your allies until they open up to you. It's only like that for Kaeden. )

'Xander' - 18 years old
Quote: "Am I still a 'boy'? Then why is Theo a 'man'? Don't label me..."
Birthday: May 8th
An immature boy who has a connection to Theo. He was raised by his mother, and she spoiled him, making him slightly girly. He dreams of being a hairstylist like his mother. He has a bunny clip attached to his tie for some reason.
Question/Teaser: He looks familiar....


'Theo' - 18 years old
Quote: "Regrets keep you bound to this world. Why are you still here if you're perfectly satisfied?"
Birthday: December 13th
Theo is sort of odd. He has a cold, icy look, but really I have a feeling that he's not what he says he is. He said he died while on his break, he was a waiter, but he doesn't like to talk about it. He actually seems to care for people sometimes; I just think he's a lonely misunderstood teenager. He has some sort of connection to Xander.
Question/Teaser: Why was he so surprised when he first met me?

'Miel' - 15 years old *spriter needed for him*
Quote: "Please don't look at me like that 'Bel... I'm not a child anymore... Nor am I an anime character."
Birthday: June 13th
Miel is the first person met in the Dream World. He's probably smarter than he first comes off as. He's very childish, and he's obsessed with kiwis and the color green. He is a good friend of Prince and Kaeden. Surprisingly, he is quite a flirt at times


'Prince' - 17 years old
Quote: "... I just don't want you to see how stupid I really am..."
Birthday: August 3rd
Prince is the tallest of all the guys. He's very arrogant, and is quite good friends with Miel. For some reason, his eyes are red, even though he says in the real world, they're turquoise. He's very loud and idiotic, but sometimes says the most intelligible things I've ever heard.
Question/Teaser: Why does he seem like the most calm person around Reve? How does she not scare him?


Kaeden Parswell - 16 years old
Quote: "I... Never mind. No one wants to listen anyways."
Birthday: February 29th (leap year! )
A quite short boy, who blushes too easily. He doesn't talk very often, only to wail if something scares him. He loves books and gets this dreamy look when talking about them. He's very good friends with Miel. He apparently has a 'gemini syndrome'? He's a hopeless romantic as well.
Question/Teaser: Why does he change personalities because of the words 'Always' and 'Never'?

'Reve' - ???

Not much is known about her aside from the fact that she created Dream World.

'Blanche' - ???
Quote: "You're all stupid. Aside from you, Kaeden, you're perfect..."
Birthday: Unknown
A small girl who wears a big cloak. Her clock goes to her knees so all you can see is some of her hair, her face, her black and white striped stockings and her brown tattered shoes. She provides weaponry and etc for X-Tasy. She calls most of the boys from X-Tasy stupid, apart from Kaeden, who she idolizes.

Katherine Demeter-Hera - 15 years old
Quote: "What messy, messy hair.... LET'S CUT IT."
Birthday: Undecided
Despite her angelic looks and name, Katherine is actually a yankee. She is incredibly tall and obnoxiously strong. Her fellow yankees call her, "Wings." She often gets into fights with Xander. She has long golden-orange hair and bangs with golden eyes. <- Contacts

Rose & Faith Clinton - 15 years old (Faith is older by 30~ish seconds)

Birthday: July 31st
Twins that are not in the dream world. They can only be told apart by their voices and actions, Rose is a tad quieter than Faith. They might have something to do with Kaeden's syndrome...? They both have black hair and blue eyes.

Perry Archel - 16 years
Quote: "Jezebel... I... thought you hadn't recognized me..."
Jezebels almost boyfriend before he was killed. Jezebel isn't sure what happened to him.

Eligible bachelors? If there are different paths and endings, it's not a kinetic novel. (That doesn't mean it's not cool, I actually prefer multiple endings, it just doesn't qualify as a KN.)

Oops. LOL, kk. Thanks for the heads up. anyways, what do you think of the characters? After creating them, Kaeden has grown on me quite a bit. ^.^

Maho, you said that your project will involve "stat-raiser, otome, mystery, AND simulation." If your project includes a lot of gameplay, that's fine. You can describe it as a visual novel, or a simulation game, or some similar term.

Regardless, it sounds like you have a story about young people battling supernatural evil. It sounds a bit like a magical girl series, and a bit like an urban fantasy (especially Persona 4). Think about your influences, and decide how you'll make your story both similar and distinct.

Make sure the audience understands the conflict and the fictional world. How do the teenage characters know about the Dream World, and why are *they* fighting Reve? Make sure your conflict and your characters are connected in a logical way. And think about whether everything is "to scale" -- the heroes might be up against overwhelming odds, but it should be conceivable that they could win. (For instance, if Reve could attack any person in the real world, then why would she be threatened by a group from one city?)

A personal note -- I'm not sure if I like the name 'Jezebel Eden.' I don't know how to put this, but it sounds kinda pretentious... and I don't think this name would appear anywhere other than a third-rate romance novel. Or worse yet, it might be the name of an unsuccessful porn star... Having said that, I don't mean to be rude. If your character uses this as a codename, go for it. Or if her parents/guardians chose it for a reason, go for it.

A quite nice idea.
It remembers me of a veeeeery old Cartoon where 4 friends and...a dog (?) could go to a Dream World everynight when they sleep xDD
I forgot what it was called though :/
I only remember a orange haired girl with a pony tail and a black boy...or sth xD

The Characters are ALL uniqe, I saw a lot games where they have some 'cliché' Characters but they are not (I already fell in love with Xander and Prince xD)

But when you write 'short' in 3 Character infos, I wondered how tall you make them? And what the avarage height is then...like..1,60m? xDD
