I need advise >=<
My project "HISTORY" (information in the signature below) , even it's just start but i'm wondering should I usr Voice Actor? junna-san said it would make the game heavier.
And OP movie? Should I do it? I saw many proffesional OP movie and I admired them but it too hard to do and nees many picture ? Anyone can help me?
And music ... I am musical-blind , Hear it Love it Don't Understand it.
Help please!

I would suggest not adding the voice acting or OP movie. While professionals can pull them off, they have thousands of dollars at their disposal, and access to professional voice actors, animators, etc.

As for music, I would suggest looking into jamendo.com. Here's a good starting place to find some background music.

Depends. Do you have access to 5 or more people who can reliably and constantly give you a performance for 1 or 2 years?

I suggest that you start and end it simple. After you published the game, you can add a voiced version later if you really want a voiced game. Although you need to find lots of good, reliable voice actors that can work for you. ^^ Don't spend too much for your game unless you're releasing your game commercially
For the music, there are jamendo, incomptech, and jewelbeat. Those are free resources of music. :3

How ? It is my first (real) game so . . .
