A mysterious illness has spread throughout the world killing people everywhere and in desperation, you escaped and wandered aimlessly and ended up in some remote cabin somewhere in the middle of nowhere.
(Seriously, my English needs a lot of work but this should be enough for now)

It's been sitting here for way too long... I'm going to use NaNoRenO as an excuse to finally get this out and done...

Long story short... I'll be joining NaNoRenO for two reasons... one is stated above and two... so I can have more excuse not to let the term OELVN die since most people especially newer ones to the scene are using the term EVN which I personally think is ugly... they should be using the term OELVN which sounds way more better so... there you have my reasons

OK scratch that... make it three reasons... I've been out of practice... Most of the time, I work on other people's project either as a BG artist or something else... also, I've been using Ren'py not as an engine for OELVN's but for things that is not meant to do so for a long time now, I've been itching for a chance to release something on my own for a while now...

Let the NaNoRenO OELVN Making begin!!!

Ohoho, I look forward to see what Uncle Mugen brings to the table! And I wholeheartedly agree about the whole OELVN thing. I call them OELVN myself!

Do It seems like a double crosser if their name sake says anything about their personality lol Don't use the term oelvn or evn. Rather just call a spade a spade and say visual novel but that's just me.

Can't wait to see what you whip up though!

Uh... you know that thing I said about hand drawing the BG's... forget it... that will take forever!... I'm doing things "The UNCLE MUGEN way!"... Sketchup and Photoshop!

Some updates:
All sound/music related coding has been revamped to take advantage of Ren'py's ability to use Channels... now the whole OELVN (yes, I prefer the term OELVN) is one giant seamless sound experience.

Also added all original recorded SFX of me slamming the door... again and again

Since the work is short, I am considering adding voice...

Project will be using Ren'py 6.13 out of convenience and ease of usage...

Art on the other hand is still at 1/8 CG so still missing a huge chunk of art... but I'll get them done eventually.

Oh and... I updated the Plot/Story Description in the first post...

Now this is a hard question to answer... While the soul of 800x600 is still burning inside me, we all know at the end that the future belongs to 1024x768. 800x600 served perfectly during it's time but is no longer sufficient for larger screens and it pains me to admit that despite my love for 800x600... it's just plain too small for today's modern screens...

I'd have never thought I could see you back for NaNoRenO. I'm quite pleased. With DaFool and Studio Mab participating as well it's like the dinosaurs are all coming back from way back in time in LemmaSoft. I'll certainly be playing this, it looks like it could be very interesting!
