I want to do this for fun. Since I create the music for my own projects. Why not dedicate a small bgm album to the community. I would just like to know any pointers for creating something successful and likeable? What do you guys like in bgm for visual novels? And any advice from anyone who creates CC music?

I know it's been a while since you posted this, but if you're still up to doing it, that would be great. It's hard to find really good background music if you're not planning on making it yourself. A lot of songs don't make good background music because they change a lot during the course of the song. Good background music is easily loopable and stays somewhat consistent. That's my opinion, anyway.

So far I've uploaded one song to the forums for use.
