Looking for a game

Hello!
I played a visual novel game a long time ago and was wanting to play it again. I can't remember if it was made using Renpy or not. I've tried looking but I can't find it.I was hoping somebody would know its name?
It was about a guy (I'll call him A) who goes into an old abandoned hospital. His friend is a ghost hunter. The two of them get seperated and A finds another guy (I'll call him B). The two of them are looking through the hospital I think looking for his friend and finding clues along the way about the ghost. The game had three endings and was BxB.
In one of the endings, the two of them find patient records on the floor, and they're B's. The hospital had been conducting live experiments on him to see what happened when people died? He died, and was the ghost you were looking for.
In another ending, after A and his friend discover B is a ghost, he tries to kill them; but A pulls out a ghost container. A and B both end up inside it.
