Position: UI/UX Designer
Location: Remote
Contract Type: Contract-based, project-specific role.
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and project demands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and engaging UI/UX for our visual novels, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with the development team to integrate UI elements and interactions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Ensure all UI/UX designs align with Myosuki’s brand and quality standards.
- Work closely with writers and artists to ensure the UI complements the narrative and artistic style.
- Address technical and design challenges related to UI/UX.
- Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on UI/UX progress.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably within the gaming or visual novel industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the visual novel genre and enthusiasm for storytelling.
