Variables inside variables???!!!
In my series of "A n00b shouldn't ask such questions!!!!!" threads, i ask: Is it possible to create a variable thanks to othe variables? so... let's say i do something like this: $ persistent.ending_1 = None $ persistent.ending_2 = None $ persistent.ending_3 = None $ persistent.true = None...

Re: will you...(random question)
I don't think is a must... the only thing the copyright wants to stablish is that you did not make Ren'py, if my guess is correct.
By the way, i would put it in the OP sequence if i can

Re: The importance of personality
The problem is... if you put too many freudian excuses (Must... not... link...) then the villian gets annoying. So yeah, "Because my mom hated me" is a valid reason but "My mom hated me, my dad punched me and my dog bit me"... get on your nerves... ...on a second thought, that's ...

The importance of personality
One day, a friend asked me "Why is Terumi liked so much if he's the bad guy?" and actually that left me thinking for a bit... why are some villians complete monsters yet are among the favorites? and came up with the answer "Personality". If your character has a strong personality...

Re: Should there be choices if there's only one love interes
Choices are in, no matter if there's only one outcome, the choices makes it easier for the players, they change nothing, but those moments are the ones the player makes a recount of what happenned

Re: Reflections on Your Debut
How much effort are/did you place on "getting it right the first time?" Just trying to get that first one out of the way, or trying to burst into the scene with a bang? Well... "First time" is relative, this is my first time TRYING to publish my work in some way (Before that it ...

Changing the intro animation
My idea is to change what the main character (Which appears on the main menu) says as soon as the game starts, so, when you open the game for the second time what he says is something different. I know i have to use persistent data but... i still have no idea exactly how... any ideas?
