I don't have a lot of feedback, but it looks like a lot of fun and the premise is going to be fun to play with when it's all done. Also, your character designs are awesome.

Hey Bto3! Just wanted to say I finished Out Of Sync yesterday and although it was a short ride it was indeed a treat! Your writing style reminds me alot of my best friend who is a yaoi fanfic writer and her stuff is hilarious. So is yours...lets just say the glitter/sparkles incident had me in stit...

I can try to expand later but personally I think it would be best to nest the flashbacks between chapters/days. You're less likely to confuse POV and the readers that way if they know to expect that shift.

Does your navigation menu imagemap cover the entire screen? You have use navigation for both the save and load screens, so if those imagemaps aren't showing up, maybe that's why. Hello there! I've set up an imagemap layout for my save/load screens, and on both of them, I can't get them to click even though I'm certain I've selected the correct hot spot coords.
