Re: The Spirit Of Disaster (Competition 2012)
Third place! I'm pretty happy with that. I'm glad so many of you liked Anniversaries, Adversity, and Pepper. I'd still love feedback on the game though, even though the competition is over. Whoa, that was your entry? After all this time it was the one story that didn't end up blending in with the v...

Re: Which file format to use for sound/music/voice?

I'm under the impression that wav files have the best audio quality, but mp3 takes up the least space? Something like that? Can somebody give me some general guidelines on the pros and cons of ...

Re: Gay romance novels
Ooooooh are we talking about gay romance fanfic now? Definitely check out Tread Softly , one of the best-written HP slash fics ever. The prose is absolutely gorgeous. I've also heard lots of good things about The Shoebox Project. You can find the whole thing as a PDF here . It features both a het co...

Syntax for multiple conditions? [solved]
What's the proper syntax if I have multiple conditions for something? For example, if I want to jump to a label if A and B is true AND C is larger than zero OR D is smaller than E, do I write: if A and C and C > 0 or D < E: jump wherever else: jump whatever Or is it something more along the lines of...

So, I'm thinking about having an easy, normal, and hard mode for my VN. As it so happens, all the menus in this VN are timed, and I have lots of menus. I want to make it so that the easier the difficulty, the more time you'll have to choose. I'm just not sure if that's something that's possible to i...
