I know that, but how do I make my own scripts?

How do I create and edit scripts!!?? Do I have to have Python and Pygame? If so how do I compile a script and such after I have them? And don't point me to the @#%!!* tutorial!!! It's of no help to me!!!

Yeah, I know Ren'py is easy. It's just I don't know how to edit a script and make a script. Would I need Python or Pygame to do that? Because, I can't open anything in Windows. I literally don't know how to do anything with Ren'py.
