Re: where can i find free sites characters for my game?
Have you checked the OELVN community wiki for resources? (Link here to the main index.) There are some links that go out to Japanese sites, though, so it's not always clear what permissions are or are not granted if you can't read Japanese. It's not a lot, but hopefully it gives you something to wor...

Re: where can i find free sites characters for my game?
Short answer: no, you can't. See here and here . BASSnovel materials are only for use within BASSnovel projects, unless you get permission from the creator(s) of the materials you want to use. I know some folks have already used them in projects here, but they may not have known. I had to dig a bit ...

Re: Lacuna (Female protag, SF, mystery - new char profile &
A small update, most of which is explained in the top post; sketches of the five major characters (including one I finally found a good name for, and her profile! Hooray!) and a little more infodumping. The first draft of the script currently stands at 1,255 words. Slow going so far, but it's been a...

I hadn't even noticed the signature either. Oh well...I don't think the spammer got what they were looking for!

Re: The Orchestra! [GxB & GxG][Otome-ish style]
Just because it was mentioned in the bio...I want to see an oboe try and stab someone in the eye with a turnip.
Seriously, this is a thing that needs to be made. I'm looking forward to the result!

Re: Romance
Short answer: probably yes, especially if Brazilian Portuguese is a close variation of Portuguese (which itself is fairly close to Spanish). I'm not very familiar with the Romance languages outside of Latin, but I do know a bit about Indo-European and how that generally works. Norwegian is not a rom...

Re: People, VN Makers, and reasonable rates of exchange
Amateur magazines do not pay 5 cents per word. 5c/word (I presume you are talking USD here) is pro rate, as defined by SFWA and several other writers' organizations. Alternately, one can look at Duotrope's definition of pay scale (jump down to the "Payment - Short Prose" section). Although...

Re: Guestbook
Not exactly new, but I haven't used my old account in a long time (and don't plan to even if I could remember the password -- consider it retired), so it's pretty much starting over. I have started a VN - the first one I finish, I hope! - and now that the spring semester and exams have wrapped up I ...
