Re: [Character-Driven Sci-Fi Adventure] The Time Stones

Just wanted to give everyone an update here. Gear and I are hard at work, and we've been super productive. Things are coming along smoothly, and we're making loads of progress. There are a slew of interesting things happening to all of your favorite characters, with thrills, chills, and a couple of ...

Yay demo!

I feel posting a critique about it would be kind of pointless. So I'm just going to dance the dance of celebration.

Re: Does anyone miss Final Fantasy?

I loved FF IV, but that's probably because it was the first one I played. Basically, any game pre-FF VIII is worth going back to. After that point, don't bother.

Re: Bad naming skills..... *cries*

I can totally understand, I have the hardest time naming my characters. Sometimes I'll even just make a notation like (protagonist) and go back and fill them in after I'm finished. I might just over think things a bit in that regard. If anyone has some good general tips to help with this, I'd love t...

Re: Does anyone miss Final Fantasy?

Well I loved the Final Fantasy series, and I agree it's gone downhill, but it's not beyond saving. In my opinion, here are a few things Square Enix could do to fix things. 1. FF is NOT an MMO As much as Warcraft annoys me, it does hold the throne in the MMO world. It's not going anywhere. They have ...

Re: Does anyone miss Final Fantasy?

I miss Final Fantasy games that actually let you play them. Ever since 7 the trend has been more towards cinmatics and less about gameplay. The culmination for me was FF 12, where I literally had the game playing itself and checked in every now and again to make sure they were still healing each oth...

Re: Your Writing Stats

It really depends on what I'm writing. If I'm doing just my own fun stuff I can churn out a few thousand an hour, easy. If it's something more focused and difficult it'll take me longer. I try not to use speed as a metric, but prefer thinking about the quality of what I'm writing.

I'm moving halfway across the country. No stress at all there. :)

Otherwise, writing. So very much writing.
