I guess Avan Story's still safe =). Even those people are complaining of no game play sample (And we're at fault indeed), we managed to get 75% approve. Not sure if it will go down soon though.

For commercial games, it faces a lot of difficulties to make an eroge such as the non-supporting from Paypal, web host or laws, rating systems etc.
