Ok, I made special loading screen to show in splashscreen and in antoher transition to main menu. Looks good. Better than black sreen and no response at few seconds. But it's not perfect solution. I think it's theme of a new topic.

It's simple and reliable method, but only when your game finalized on one language and then translating into others. Idea about scaling. If we scale graphics from 800x600 to 640x480 result will be definitely terrible. But if we scale graphics from bigger resolution (1600x1200, for example), the result will be nice enought (and perfect after small sharpening). Big resolution don't mean big amount of detail. One another problem with screen resolution: two types of screen ratio (standart 4:3 and wide 16:9). The game must work properly on both types of screen. That means requirement to support two different resolution in one game.
