Re: What was the first visual novel you played?
Binary Hearts (a remake of Dual Hearts, same author) by lordcloudx. Because of it, I loved VNs and have played many since. It is a short one, but really good. My first full length is Homeward by Samu-kun, and it impressed me a lot, too.

Re: Worst/Creative Places to Be Trapped?
Hmmm... Trapped in a mental hospital? No, that's too typical. I think it would be terrifying to be trapped in a sinking armored truck. The windows can't be broken, and the doors are locked tight. There are leaks all over. Or being trapped in a power plant/factory with live wires everywhere, and the ...

Re: The most innocent-type of girl you can think of [survey]
I'd say, 2, 3, and 9. 2 - Idiots are less prone to plotting and doing evil stuff, I guess. But doesn't mean that they can't be evil. 3 - Some girls are truly innocent and shy looking, but most of the time, a character of this description turns out to be a cold-blooded serial killer that perforates p...

Re: Do you play as same or opposite gender?
For VNs, I don't mind if its GxB (I'm a guy). For other games where gender can be chosen, I seem to notice that 65% of the time, I play as female characters.

Re: Guestbook
Hi. I'm James, and I live in Indonesia. I have known Ren'py and Lemma Soft for some time now, but I just joined a few days ago. I'm not much of a forum guy. I have played some visual novels, but I don't write VNs because I don't know how to write a good VN. But I appreciate and enjoy other people's ...

Re: Frozen Essence: V.2 uploaded
A very well done VN. It's one of my favorites, and I love the length of each of the character paths, and some paths bring a tear to my eye. The music complements the background art and the character sprites are good enough. Thanks for making such a great VN.

Re: (P)lanets - the life of normalcy has ended!
(P)lanets is one of the few VNs that leave a very lasting impression on me. Both as a sci-fi and a romance/otome game. I really loved it a lot (I'm a guy, but otome games can be very heartwarming for me too). This is a very great game. I'm really excited about the upcoming sequel, and I hope it gets...

Re: [SciFi|Adventure]Adrift
This is a really good visual novel that is among my few favorites, and it reminds me very much about Star Trek, especially because of the GUI. I spend most of my time looking for worthwhile visual novels. But I have a lot of trouble getting Hinami's sad ending and Sachiko's path is very frustrating....
