Re: Art Dumpage! Show your art ^^

Thank you tiya, knachi, and nero! And @Tiya, well, let him be a mouse in memorial of all those poor little mice. I had fun with this/these fan-art. Yay lazy shading! Re: What does people misunderstands about you?

I'm an A blood type, same as my mom, and it shows.... I used to be misunderstood a lot (mistaken for a guy for short hair, Mom-bought baggy clothes, and chubbiness in 5th-6th grade; always angry or tired because of how my eyebrows look) but now it's not so much. Though my junior year high school--2 ...

Re: Art Dumpage! Show your art ^^

Why do my 2 a.m. doodles seem to be better than my daytime drawings? And it's sort of sad, since it's pretty obvious I didn't use references... -_-;; http://i1113.photobucket.com/albums/k512/9-of-Hearts/mouse2_zpsee067ae3.png Even so, I'm kinda happy for how it came out by playing with the painterly...

Re: The Pirate Mermaid [GxB][Fantasy][Open Demo up for downl

I'd rather see the old sprites redrawn to be a tinch less stiff and with better anatomy, but....I mean, with everything in the demo, I fell in love with the style--I love realistic art too, but in a dating sim I shy away from it instinctively... Like far away. I wouldn't do that with Cinders or simi...

Re: Nero279's Art Thread + Sketch Requests! [CLOSED]

@ 9-of-Hearts: This one's for you- I think I abused purple too much, and I changed styles half way..... What is this consistency you speak of? @_@;; Hope you like it though ^^ Why do I think that I draw better when I'm sad and depressed asdfghjkl ;;A;; Tell me if you want transparent backgrounds or...

Re: Critique needed

I like your style, it reminds me of ball-jointed dolls! I feel like the girls are pretty good, I only have minor complaints about coloring (which in this case I'm pretty sure "it's not you, it's me"), the jawline of the red-headed girl, and you could stand to make hands a tiny bit bigger if you want...

Re: Shout For Joy, Share Your Happiness

I get to spend some time with my dad today, I haven't seen him since winter break! And we get to go bond over a musical. :) @sake-bento: Those sound yummy! Is the recipe a secret? Because they sound like something I'd like to try baking. Sharing the food you made to make people happy feels really ni...

Re: Recommend some J drama

Yukan Club--This drama is ten episodes of fun and plots and drama and charm, with two guys from my favorite J-Pop band as main characters in it. Highly recommended. GTO (Great Teacher Onizuka).... Not the 2012 one, but the older one... 1999, I think? (The actors are better looking, and in my opinion...

Re: Nero279's Art Thread + Sketch Requests! [Chibis/OPEN]

Would Kaito from Vocaloid count as an anime character in a roundabout way? I really like how that other drawing looked, but I do agree it really lacked variety. I wouldn't have been able to guess the girl was a girl either. I really like the clothing designs though. :) .....Sorry I'm not good at cri...

Re: Shout For Joy, Share Your Happiness

@Kato, that sounds awesome! Not a silly thing to be happy about at all! I also agree with the above two posts. And personally, my little happiness: my family, mind you I don't really get homesick, is coming to visit me this weekend, but mainly I get to spend a lot of time with my little sister <3<3 ...

Re: Yo people with glasses say "aye"!

Your eyes have to adjust to new glasses - each pair of glasses has certain quirks, like maybe being slightly tilted, or one lens being closer to one eye than the other. You've experienced this whenever you get a new pair of glasses, right? It takes a few days for them to feel natural and your eyes ...

Re: Skyefrost Art thread critque and Request?

Do you know how uberly over-awesome of a person you are, Skye? Such a happy surprise... Warning: Wonky anatomy, lazy shading, bad linework, and off-coloring ahead, but still a small thank-you gift because you make me go akshldfhkslafhdlghsg. Yeah....couldn't find any refs of your other characters in...

Re: Yo people with glasses say "aye"!

I got glasses in.... early 2nd grade? My entire family is stuck with glasses or contacts, NONE of us have good sight and I doubt any future offspring of the family have a chance of good eyesight either. I got my first contacts in senior year, but hated the struggle of putting them in in the morning ...

Re: Hotel Dusk and Last Window

I actually think I bought that for my mom like 2 Christmases ago, since she likes mysteries and games like that. Dunno if she liked it or has even played it yet. :< If she hasn't, maybe it's time to "re-appropriate" its ownership?

Re: Religion... Yay or nay?

But this seems to be a form of faulty logic. We don't decide if God is merciful or unmerciful, but we decide when God acts? God wouldn't have done anything to those children unless Elisha invoked him? So God is subject to dogma, and we can force his action (but not decide it) through our words? I d...
