Re: Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies
I'm really disappointed there's only going to be a digital copy, I download (free) games, swap or (occasionally) buy secondhand. I can't afford it until I change jobs (hopefully next year), or download a pirated copy. Rent for a single room in Guernsey is about 60% of my pay after tax and social sec...

Re: What does people misunderstands about you?
No, they base it on your personality, how you act or you keep your things. I seem to act like type A a lot. I think this blood type stuff is only known in Japan? Probably. Could you explain how it works for me? It's predominant in Japan but is also popular in other places including Taiwan and South...

Re: Get that thing off your chest... Now...
But my teacher(a cold hearted person! T_T) told me I cannot go home early and must join the stupid badminton tournament(which is a welcoming party for us first years) Isn't it more that not joining the tourney would've set you apart from the rest? I dunno how Japan is about those sort of things, bu...

Seriously, that sucksenta wrote:But my teacher(a cold hearted person! T_T) told me I cannot go home early and must join the stupid badminton tournament(which is a welcoming party for us first years) and I wonderfully failed to do any cool moves to return a bloody stupid shuttle.

Re: How do you choose name for main character?
I tend to struggle with names, I tend to pick, even supposedly at random, names that begin with certain letters and have certain letters in the middle. I made a list of 50 names, the first ones that came into my head and it included all of these: Anna, Amy, Jess, James, Jane, Jack, John, Jan, Jake, ...

Re: Worst anime you have ever watched?
I haven't really watched any 'bad' anime long enough to leave a lasting impression, but Naruto dubbed is kind of annoying, because they throw in 'believe it' at the end of his speech, when it isn't particularly appropriate in context...... Also the pronunciation of names, especially Sakura who isn't...

Re: Best Anime Ever Watched?
Death Note Gosick (I wish they'd made the ending just a little longer, I think a touch more on certain characters would have really helped) I kind of have a thing for unusual, but intelligent main characters, detective stories and meaningful consequences, also endings with some happiness to them, bu...

Re: Get that thing off your chest... Now...
I got sick and missed 8 days of uni Wednesday-Friday, Monday-Friday (the last 2 I was really just sleeping, eating and recuperating (I have stress-related insomnia (and a bad immune system to match) and couldn't mix my medicine with sleeping pills so......yeah). In this time we were told about a tes...

Re: What does people misunderstands about you?
People tend to get my age wrong: it normally varies between 15 and 24, I act fairly immature, I'm fairly short and my voice sounds kind of young, however I am well-endowed and have wide hips. Basically, in uni where my age is guessable from context they get it right, in casual situations people gues...

Re: How would you define your personality?
I'm never sure who I am. Not in a "Ohhh, I'm so deep. You'd never understand!", but in a "Where the hell do I go from here?". I'm very disjointed with the world as a whole, and I don't know why that is. The only thing I have to go on is that, It was only very recently that I fou...

Re: How would you define your personality?
I got INTP, which is semi-accurate. I actually really enjoy spending large amounts of time with friends or family without feeling the need for alone time (for example spending a day out with friends, having a sleepover and spending the entirety of the next day with them), but when socialising with p...

Re: Meal ideas?
I'm a very cheaty uni student, but I like to cook some pasta, microwave some vegetables (generally from frozen), combine, then mix in half a sachet or so of cup a soup, or a little grated cheese and butter, or mayonnaise, or whatever else. You can add ham or change flavours, or vegetables or whateve...

Re: Multiple endings based on choices made throughout?
I understand about 'branching' and 'jumping' for multiple variations in text/endings but it is possible for each choice you make to award you with a 'point' and depending on how many 'points' you have accumulated you will receive a certain ending? I'm basically looking for the cleanest way to code ...

Re: Get that thing off your chest... Now...
I'm really scared...and kind of sad... This afternoon, when I prepared to sign up for classes for this fall, my university decided to charge me over $1k and didn't even state a reason. This type of thing wasn't there 3 days ago, and I am really disappointed because I wanted to get all the classes I...

Re: visible, but inactive menu options
still not quite the same thing, I'm afraid. It's not that the button shouldn't do anything, it's that it should bi visible, but un-selctable. Greyed and inactive. At this point I think I'll just have to make my own custom menu that can do that One thing I did while playing around was figure out exa...
