Man i have a sister too but i honestly don't see the point in getting worked up about what some guys decide to put into their visual novel.

Re: How Often Do You Draw?

Welp, i have fallen from grace. In August or so i had a serious deppression/existential crisis/zetsubou time, so my study schedule crashed into 0. Been trying to use pomodoro technique to rehabilitate, but only today got (mostly) sucess. By the way, i should thank LSF, since it's somewhere on here (...

Re: Honest Critique

Included the honest critique button on the possibility it might improve the forum.

I'm kind of surprised this is a thing though. To be honest the idea that some people might not want critique or react so negatively to it is extremely baffling to me.

Re: Guilty Pleasure Anime

"Mediocre" fits To Love Ru almost perfectly, yeah. The writing, the animation, the direction... It's all so typical and predictable you can't take it seriously. At least not the drama. And there were indeed a few enjoyable elements to it here and there, primarily the ecchi elements (probab...

To love Ru is pretty cute, and ecchi/funny.

Re: Teamwork... does it work?

Not sure what you mean. Who is Khara? Hideaki Anno's studio, mostly known for the Rebuild films but they have also done other stuff (mostly sub-contract stuff apparently). And yes, the rebuild film take a considerably long time for completion, and the comitte system is one (if not the major, which ...

Not much to say, just wanted to commend you on your success. It seems your clients tend to be pretty satisfied.

Re: Teamwork... does it work?

And remember on the team mindset: You as the project originator should have a good leadership mindset, plan, AND good communication skills. Having to rely on your team mates and collaborators to decide everything for you or vote on everything would delay most projects and create conflict. Remember,...

Re: Best Anime Ever Watched?

Neon Genesis Evangelion. Closely followed by "Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water."

Although i have yet to finish Shoujo Kakumei Utena and Kare Kano, and yet to see Future boy Conan or Lupin the 3rd, so maybe one of those titles "usurp the throne" so to say.

Shin Seiki Eva-

Nah

Seriously speaking, i don't think this has ever happened for me. I guess closest to that would be my experience with Puella Magi Madoka Magika due to a friend of mine telling me about some critiques he has with the show at times.

Re: Drama and Romance recommendations?

For "drama", what are you looking for? A serious storyline, something majorly dramatic/melodramatic, or just slice-of-life without anything overtly comedic? All three! :P I'm not sure if that's possible. On topic: Kare Kano has a down-to-earth setting (no magic or anything like that) and ...

Re: Lesser Known Titles?

Not sure if this would count as relatively obscure, but going by the general mentions i'd assume so: Tenshi no Tamago (english title: "Angel's Egg") is Mamoru Oshii's first feature film, centered on the story of a nameless (7?) year old girl and an equally nameless soldier carrying a cross...
