Re: My first protag design! How does it look?

That's a very good looking sprite :) I like how natural her pose looks, and how she seems to exude a certain personality. She also looks pretty unique. Just one minor thing... the colouring on her lips looks a teeny bit strange. Maybe hardshading would be better here? If it seems to aggressive, you ...

The setting sounds very interesting. I'll be looking forward to seeing more of this project :)

Re: Seven Kingdoms: The Princess Problem [GxB/G] [Fantasy, R

This looks like it'll be very good :D The story sounds intriguing, it's good to know there'll be RPG gameplay elements, and I just love the art. It's spot on. I'll be keeping an eye on this.

I'll probably take this a little further, though.

Re: Catching the Sun {GxG}{Slice of Life}{Drama}

This looks like it'll be very good. Any estimate on the finished game's length? Loving the simplicity of the colouring, it goes very well with the art style. Sometimes less is more. Especially if done right. And I'd also like to have an inkling of what the protagonist looks like :o Overall I find it...

Re: Trying to learn how to draw [Feedback welcome!]

An artist needs to be his/her own harshest critic in order make any considerable progress. And you seem to be doing a good job of that :p Seriously though, it's a good approach to always scrutinize your drawings, comparing them to real photos or works of successful artists, accept the flaws and shor...

Re: My Lady [GxB][Short Victorian VN] -24 Hour VN Challenge-

Downloaded this and will play it soon :) I love this idea, and would have liked to accept the challenge but.... I can't programme, or design UI or make music... two of which are essential for VN creation orz EDIT: Just played it, and I got the The Lady locks the girl in her tower ending. It was very...

I like your clean, smooth lines and some of the colour details I see :) Here her arms are going behind her back I take it, so in this position her shoulders are pushed back. This is one of the cases where the width of her left shoulder be equal to or smaller than that of the right shoulder, dependin...

Re: FI: Interview [Comedy/Friendship][Platonic GxB/G][Update

The game's downloads have been updated with a version that has larger/easier to read text, so you can try that out if you want. Although maybe you already have that version and I didn't fix it well enough 'XD. Maybe just a little bigger? Or maybe it's the colour combination, i.e; text colour/text b...

Re: Mira's Magical Mishap [GxG] [Fantasy]

I just finished my 3rd ending with Odette, and I just have one complaint. I want moar! :D Lol, but seriously it was a really fun experience, short as it was, it didn't feel rushed. The flow was completely natural, and it was fulfilling in it's own way :) The relationship ending has got to be my favo...

Re: Death Note Musical

There are some others, like I recall at least 2 Street Fighter movie adaptations, which weren't that bad. There was also a King of Fighters adaptation, iirc. These are technically games, but they had anime counterparts as well. And anime series/anime games/manga... they're all of the same genre, the...

Re: Death Note Musical

I knew about Warner Bros. acquiring the rights for a while now, but I only heard about this musical some days back. I honestly think all the bad criticism it is receiving is mainly because America is going to be involved. I'm my experience if Japan makes a live action out of a cartoon people think i...

Re: FI: Interview [Comedy/Friendship][Platonic GxB/G][Update

Just finished a 2nd ending for Kimber, not using a walkthrough, will try some of the other routes later when I have time :) -Who did you interview first? Kimber. Well, I found Marisol, and the overzealous guy first, but I stubbornly rewound each time in order to find Kimber because I found her the m...

Re: Should I invest time learning to draw?

I would like to second these points: Unless you enjoy drawing and want that extra creative outlet, it's not worth the time. Obtaining a level of skill that will rival the average artist who's been drawing for a while will probably take serious time and effort. It's a rather long and hard road to lea...
