I've decided that kanji will only appear if the word it represents is created. Those that have diffrent names, but the same meaning will only appear randomly upon creation.

Well, In my own opinion, if the game you are developing weighs in at around 20 Megs, then my advice would be to consider creating a Web Driver version of it. That way, people won't have to wait two hours in order to play it. Instead, all you would have to do is just install the WildTangent Web Drive...
