Re: Coder for hire

Hello guys and girls. I'm writing this down because I wanted to share my experience with Aleema with all of you, since I hired her recently for a programming job and I feel like the least that she deserves is to be acknowledged. Since day one she was a very professional person with me and towards my...

Re: Copyright and app price question?

I find this interesting, mainly because I'm planning to make a commercial visual novel in which I'm already investing money hiring artists. So, if I happen to finish the project, coding it using renpy. There's no legal issues/commitments, right? Once the product is finished, I can sell or do anythin...

Programming the GUI

Hello there ladies and gentlemen! I'm here to ask for advice regarding implementing a GUI on a renpy project. The thing is that I currently have an artist working on a GUI for a project of mine but I haven't really learned how to make it work. I know that the artist will send me all the files necess...

Re: Making games in multiple languages

I think it's more that translation just isn't something people think about unless they're specifically trying to create in a language other than their own unless someone asks for a translation. Making it well known that you're available for that kind of work would be a lot more effective than tryin...

Making games in multiple languages

Hi guys, thanks for stopping by. I wonder how many of you think that it's important for a commercial project to have it's content in more than one language. Since I'm a translator myself, I'm trying to find jobs where I can translate English games to Spanish (my first language), but I can't seem to ...

Re: Spanish/English translator for Free/Hire

I'm very sorry for the delay (over a month... way to promote myself! hahaha) and I thank you for your insterest, Saguaro. I've been looking around and found that the rates for Spanish/English translations are between 0.11USD/word and 0.08USD/Word. I, however, would be willing to do the job for 0.03 ...

Spanish/English translator for Free/Hire

Hi guys! As you might have guessed by reading the subject of this topic, I'm a translator! YAY!!! I was born and raised in Argentina, so Spanish is my native language. I've been studying English since I was a young boy and it kinda became a part of my life and opened many doors for me. Now that I fe...

I just wanted to say that I highly recommend Ezri. I hired her a while ago and I couldn't be happier with the results.
