Regarding the side image thing: you need to specify the location of the image using the xalign, yalign property. That can be done at the point when you use the Image statement. Regarding the splashscreen: you probably need to say what exactly when wrong, since the screenshot there show exactly what...

Additionally, following this: http://www.renpy.org/wiki/renpy/doc/coo ... ide_Images my side image portrait is in the top left corner instead of the bottom left and knowing how to fix that would be great.
