Try use stroke, and change layer type into "Vector" type

Same with me, I can't inking too.
I'm using a program called Manga Studio to ink my drawing.
You can make very beautiful curve using that program^^

A2: Well, I guess I can as long as you don't make them elders as main character^^; Here, if you want to see the example from my late manga.
