Re: Ren'Py tutorial buttons don't display properly
Would not surprise me that the driver is the problem as it is occurring on my 6 year old laptop... I just found it interesting that this was the only screen it occurred on. Instead of replacing the driver, I have been debating on building my own shiny new desktop as a future investment to replace th...

Ren'Py tutorial buttons don't display properly
Specifically, the buttons that let you choose what you want to learn about. The text does not appear and the image button itself is off. (By the way, I hope this is the right forum as I was unsure where to place this :3 ) I have tended to ignore the issue as I just go to the Ren'Py wiki to look up i...

Re: Last game you played?
Last game I've played is Dragon Age: Inquisition. I just started the game a few days ago since I wanted to read up on the lore from the first two games first since I never played them. So much fun to get immersed into such a big world!

Re: The last book you read or what are you reading right now
If you're a fan of Chinese mythology I'd recommend reading "Peony in Love" by Lisa See. You have just reminded me that I have "Snow Flower and the Secret Fan" by Lisa See that I can read! And that I really should buy that book as well. I've been interested in her work overall ev...

Re: The last book you read or what are you reading right now
Let's see... I think the last book I read was If I Stay by Gayle Forman, which made me happy to read because of the fact that the main character plays the cello and has decent music references. Then there was the overall relationship feels as I'm just so empathetic. But now I'm in a lull and need to...

Re: Recruiting for SBG Commercial Project
This sounds like a wonderful project. Though I'm working on a degree in game programming (long term animation), I would really love being a writer for this. I can PM samples of my work if you are still taking submissions for a slot.

Re: NaNoRenO is coming again! Who's excited?
Me! No idea if or how I will participate, but no matter what, I will for sure be lurking the forums to see how new projects are doing. I've done NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) so I know the craziness that can ensure and the fun that will come along with it. Yay to craziness and fun!

Re: How did you get into anime?
I had been watching a lot of anime as a child. Main one was Sailor Moon. It was a huge part of my childhood. However, I didn't know any of it was called anime. It wasn't until one night at my cousin's house where we watched Inuyasha (my first time watching it) on late night anime shows that I was to...

Re: in general, what made you want to read a visual novel?
Definitely the story. I was already introduced to text based games and then through searching, I found visual novels. As I got into the world, I was excited to have art let me have a more concrete image of the story. Then as a musician, hearing beautiful music had me in love. Then as a computer scie...

Re: What's your goal in life?
My first goal is being happy :) And since being happy is my first goal, whether I achieve others won't be as important as whether or not the journey was filled with a form of happiness so now to my list! haha: Seeing any of my writing officially published, playing music for some type of media (I can...

Re: What kind of Anime/Otome Character do you like ?
This is a tough question. Too many variables for me to go through haha But typically, attraction wise, dark haired guys tend to get my INITIAL attention. Then to personality, which varies. Off the top of my head, the reserved, kind, and ambitious ones are awesome. The outgoing, teasing ones, tsunder...
Re: Guestbook
Hello! I'm moonlightmaiden. Call me whatever ya like. :) I'm a writer who recently chose to pursue game programming at my university. The mix of game and story (plus my love of anime/manga style, which I've been learning to draw) brought me to finding the world of visual novels and inspired me to wa...
