To make it easy: No.

If there was any software for that, we wouldn't need artists. The result you will get when drawing depends on talent, training and experience.
However, most artists use software like photoshop (or GIMP if you are short on money) to colour their work. Those come in really handy.

Nice screens, you got there. Guess once I am done with my graphical stuff I must start to look into coding, since your customized stuff looks pretty awesome.

Actually I think it depends. It is just like in real life, sometimes a choice is pretty straight forward: Should I ask girl A out on a date or rather girl B? And other times chices are more vague.
