Write something about what your story is about and make a post about that. Or look/pick someone which already offers his/ her service, there are some here. Ah ok. Hmmm, have you tried to search on deviantart for an animator? there are some good ones. But i think it will be hard to find one. :(

Could you show exmples (like a video from youtube) how complicated /how you would want a FMV to look like? also what kind of art style?
