Re: Ren'Py 6.13.8 Pre-Release
Samu, can you post the file somewhere I can get to it? We changed to libav recently, which might cause this. Rocket, it seems like you have a corrupt copy of Ren'Py. Try re-downloading it. (You could also have a copy of accelerator.pyd or renpy.display.accelerator.pyd in a weird place.) Reinstall (...

Re: Ren'Py 6.13.8 Pre-Release
The 6.13.8.1673 Windows launcher crashes for me on startup with an "Errors occurred" dialog. I've attached my renpy.exe.log for reference. I'm running on Windows XP SP3.

Re: Ren'Py 6.13 Pre-Releases
Catalyst Control Center I think, a tool that gets installed together with ATi video card. Haven't had time to try new Ren'Py yet but I don't think having CCC opened while running a game is a "normal" behaviour :) Hey, I have to cover all my bases! :P Anyway, the environment.txt PyTom post...

Re: Ren'Py 6.13 Pre-Releases
ANGLE works fine on my seven-year-old ATI card...until I run CCC. Windowed sti...

Re: Ren'Py 6.13 Pre-Releases
That was fast...I was just about to report this as well, but I tried to track down an error log first (to no avail).

Re: Ren'Py Gripes
I dunno, I think that's more an issue with jEdit than Ren'Py. I use Geany and this isn't a problem; it opens new tabs just fine.

Saving/restoring an earlier game state
After a few days of tinkering around, I managed to get multilingual support working in a barebones game. Basically I can write this: say violet l_string("t-01", "foo") and the game will output the string assigned to persistent.lang.strings["t-01"]["foo"], as i...
