It's primarily Backgrounds that need doing, so if that's not your thing... then you're kind of like me.
Still, someone who can do Backgrounds is preferred...

Looking for BG Artist~
This post was originally me looking for somebody to draw things I found too boring, but looking at it as an artist I totally wouldn't take a job like that myself. So I've decided to not be such a lazy jerk and edit this thing- I'm currently putting together a 2D game- It's a kind of casual crime-so...

Re: Sprite opinions please!
In case you want to show the full body in your game, try to cut down the excess hip length - http://orig08.deviantart.net/6c26/f/2015/197/5/b/edit_by_ffocal-d91mn2d.jpg Otherwise, I think you could experiment a lot more with the costume design. It's not enough to just differentiate them from each ot...

Since you've gotten help on the body, just a tip about the head - try to have the eyes look somewhere, like at the lollipop or a passerby or something, rather than stare at something the viewer doesn't know about..

Re: Am I undercharging on commissions?
There seems to be a lot of conflicting opinions on this, but art is subjective. I won't change my prices for now, and I appreciate everyone's comments. To ffocal: I don't think you need to fully grasp every art subject to be considered a professional. Professionals can't grasp every single aspect o...

Re: Am I undercharging on commissions?
I'd say your prices are right for the time being- I think you can raise your single-character price to 30 once you fully grasp human anatomy and maybe 60 after you can handle 3D space, foreshortening, lighting etc etc. And then after that you can start looking at professional prices.

Re: Art Dumpage! Show your art ^^
For a project I scrapped- this actually really ticked me off because the sketches always looks really lively and full of energy, but once I make it into lineart that whole spirit is gone- Anyone else get that? It's happening again in my current project... http://orig09.deviantart.net/20b6/f/2015/179...

Took a break and thought I'd do a quick resketch for you.
Aside from the original pose being a little stiff, can't really tell any personality through the character design..

Re: Drawing characters: Anatomically correct vs. looks good
If you flip it and it looks wrong, you really can't use it, because after a while the places where it's wrong will come through even without flipping it, when your brain gets out of drawing mode and into viewing mode. If you've already polished it by then it'll be a disaster...
