It seems that the best way to do what you want would be to modify RenPy parser, so it would prepend all image names and image names in show statements within user-provided addon files with some unique identifier. So image myimage = '123.jpg' # ... show myimage would become image 067cc265_myimage = ...

But still will be a problem with same resources names I am not sure what you mean by this. If you are willing to keep your code open, you can iterate over renpy.list_files() and regex all renpy.image(... and image .... Writing that code might be annoying but there might be a less reliable way which...

But the problem when different ppl adds same named resources. It makes game crashes as the all loads at start. A simple solution would simply by asking them not to use names that already used in games. But I wonder why can't you just share them your original source code and let them add/edit the va...

Make a new question where you ask how to let your players who have no coding experience edit an already compiled game to add text and images and still have the game work. I don't know how to do that.
