i'd say restricting it to 3 a day or 5 a day would be better and this restriction goes off after 100 posts

That way you can ban them before they spam relentlessly and if they really want to save accounts til they get to 100 it's pretty time consuming

Deleting it eliminates that possibly entirely, you might as well leave it there
