Re: Writing, Editing, and Proofreading (Small Projects Are Free!)

Try this proofreading tool. I appreciate the recommendation and will definitely keep it in mind for future projects. At present, my "final checks" are through Grammarly and Google Docs; then, I manually implement necessary changes (and re-read the document one final time) because tools aren't alway...

Re: Programs for Organizing Scripts and Notes?

I know this may seem like an obvious answer, but have you tried looking into Google Docs and Google Drive? Drive allows for further project organization; asset lists, outlines, notes, etc can all be categorized into their own folders and shared as-necessary with other devs / team members. Both progr...

Re: [FREE/PAID] Speedy proofreader looking for work!

Fei and I worked together on "Cautionary Tale" for NaNo 2018. I was Lead Editor and she was the main proofreader (as she noted above). To tell the truth, I've worked with a lot of editing teams in the past - and I can honestly say Fei is exceptionally good at what she does. She's extremely fast, rel...

Re: Writing, Editing, and Proofreading (Small Projects Are Free!)

The original post has been updated, here's the change-log: Word choice has been changed significantly and it is now much more straightforward. Resume moved to Portfolio (it's getting long, sorry!) In addition, I've written a response to Googabooga's testimony. Screen-caps of several e-mails have bee...

I had a few suggestions as well! Limited Rewind - Refers primarily to Silas' power. (Alternate: Limited Repeat) Circadian Loop - Circadian Rhythms are naturally occurring cycles in the body, even in the absence of light. This refers not only to Silas' power and their same-day limitation, but also th...

Re: NaNoReno 2017 General Recruitment Thread!

Good day everyone! I'm a bit late to the party, but I'm a writer/editor. I'm looking to broaden my portfolio and make connections, so I'd like to join any team that will have me; I'm not picky when it comes to projects, but I don't write any "extreme" fetishes (bathroom stuff, rape, or sadomasochism...

Re: Seeking Paid Work Writing, Editing, or Proofreading.

Schedule has been updated. In addition, I have midterms the first week of October and the first week of November - so nothing will be done then.

Re: Seeking Paid Work Writing, Editing, or Proofreading.

The original post has been edited to reflect my current state (transitioning into University this coming September). As a result of this, I have an ample amount of time... And can work for more than 3-5 hours on weekdays.

Paid or Unpaid Writing, Editing, Proofreading!

About Me [/b] At present I am a high school student who goes by the handle of Cipher, though you can find me credited as CipherSeraph as well. I have been writing as a hobby for about 5 years now, particularly through RPing and volunteer work. I enjoy reading as well, though I can't say I have a fa...

Re: Seeking Paid Work Writing, Editing, or Proofreading.

I am still looking for work, and having looked at my original post I didn't provide much in the way of information. That post has been edited to reflect this.

Proofreading and Editing (Paid or Unpaid.)

I am currently a student, so as much as I would like to write for you all, I am not able due to time constraints. However, I am still perfectly capable of editing and/or proofreading any amount of work! These services include, but are not limited to: + Editing spelling/grammatical errors. + Proofrea...
