Try finding a new PC with a fresh install of Ren'Py and just copy you game folder there (not the whole Ren'Py SDK).

I did that three times

Yeah I copied it around in hopes that it will somehow fix it. Since the file was missing, I thought I could just rezip ren'py and my Visual novel.

I have it installed on three places, (because backups) but I first encountered this problem when on the flash drive PyTom. Then I got on my cloud drive to run it from a different place and got this problem.

I am not sure if it is OS problem, if it is, then it should not affect a totally different computer. I know the android.rpy is missing, however the last computer lost its build.xml. The only people who know Ren'Py really well are on this forum. It's not like I could go on Stack Exchange for somethin...
