I'm assuming that the other people built the distribution to get the game to me. Are there some settings on that part that are different than if it were not? I have the .ico image in both the root and the game folder to make sure. I have the .png in both as well. It did not work when those images were only in the root folder either.

Sorry it wouldn't allow me to upload a .ico, but here is the .png and I converted it to a .ico with http://convertico.com, then put the .ico file in my root folder and my game folder.

Do you mean you want a list of the names of what is in the root folder?

I have an icon.ico in the root and game folder, and it did not work.

I've changed that and it still is not working (I restarted my computer too). I have the folder with a lot of the images with a different name, so I tried created an images folder for that too.

This is for a windows distribution. I have a converted 48x48 icon.ico file, and the line in options.rpy is: config.window_icon = "icon.ico" I've also tried referencing a 256x256 .png, a 48x48.png, and a 256x256 .ico file and none of those worked. I made sure I converted .png to .ico using ...
