Re: Art: It's like a brick wall

For me the story and writing is more imporant. That doesn't mean art is not needed but it's not really something that has to be top-notch. As long as they look clean (good lineart appeals me) I can easily enjoy a VN with a good story even if the characters and backgrounds are fairly simple, sometime...

Re: How many people here likes kinetic novels?

I really prefer kinetic novels because I just want to read the story the writer wants to tell the reader. I don't like having to make choices and wonder "what would've happened if I did that instead of...". Having to go back in time and try a different kind of approach is kind of boring an...

Re: Tablet use suggestions?

When I got my tablet I started using it instead of my mouse for regular stuff too (exploring folders/the internet). It helped me get used to distances and improve accuracy. The hand should be level with about the middle of the tigh. Actually I never noticed the arms were quite short compared to the rest of...

Re: Art Dumpage! Show your art ^^

Wanted to try something more than just a scetch so I decided to color one... but I guess there are ways I'd have to train to make them look better (mostly Lineart and shading).

I'd appreciate some comments on what to do to get better shades on the body. :)

Text Pauses

Hi people, I just recently discovered this engine and I've got to say that it looks great. So far I've been able to make everything I needed work just fine, but one thing keeps bothering me. The problem is using {w=#n}, it does pause the text but it just waits for the user to click, it doesn't advan...
