Hello. That's a good start (I assume it's your first project). I think the main feature of this game will be your idea about 3 separate stories of each characters. It has a great potential since you can add a lot of plot twists and misterious things that noone understands until he/she starts playing...

You did good job describing characters. To be honest, I am not an expert in visual novels (I do really enjoy text-quests tho), but I'll try to give a short feedback anyway. The style of your writings is really good. But, in my opinion, there are too much of 'emotional' things in everything you wrote...
