Because Japanese readers (if any, though I highly doubt it) who read the katakana won't know that Sairento = Silent and subsequently means quiet while western readers will just appreciate straight out 'silent' a lot more. Right now it just sounds like a bad wannabe Japanese title--in short, a weeb. ...

You probably don't want to name it Sairento. Use Kanji--it just looks bad.

I think it might be a good idea to be a little more specific than just Konosora since that one's a professionally produced in house JVN. More likely than not, no western artist will be able to emulate it. Are there specific things in the art you're looking for?

Usually programmers are reluctant to sell complete engines. They do sell snippets of feature specific code that does certain things when compiled but an engine is too much of a gamble, usually.

It is very possible. But at the same time it would cost you quite the pretty penny because Texas hold'em is a very complex game.
