Re: Is is Worth to Release Your Game on Steam to Reach Wider Audience?

I'll just say that of my sales, about 80-90% come from steam alone. and about 70% of those sales ONLY occur when the game is on sale. Gog also refused my games ^^; If you want more attention for your game you'll want to start marketing it. Tumblr, twitter, reddit, discord, facebook, instagram, and p...

Re: Bagaturi [GxB][Otome][Fantasy/Adventure/Mystery]

I really like the art for this! I can't wait to see it in further development! I usually only post a comment in my posts when I've made a good bit of progress or something big happens (Like it's out on steam or something) and then I just update the OP constantly

Re: Can I call a label using a variable?

hopefully a mod will move it (i didn't even notice) call expression allows you to pass variables, it will combine all the info into a string and will call that so... default challenger = "anne" default round = 5 # str() converts the int variable into a string -- I don't know if call expression will ...

Re: Can I call a label using a variable?

Code: Select all

call expression my_variable + "_labelname"
you want to add expression, and don't use the []'s

Re: slider thumb transparency

I got a solution on the discord so going to share it here! style slider: ysize gui.slider_size base_bar Frame("gui/slider/horizontal_[prefix_]bar.png", gui.slider_borders, tile=gui.slider_tile) thumb "gui/slider/horizontal_[prefix_]thumb.png" thumb_offset -50 ## This made the strange lower bar go aw...

[SOLVED]slider thumb transparency

I'm having some problems with the slider thumb, the image I put in the folder is transparent, but it seems to add a square to the lower half of the image. I'm guessing it's the "thumb_shadow" (maybe) but I can't make it go away............. I'm pulling my hair out lol anyone know what's up with it? ...

Seeking BG artist [PAID][CLOSED]

Position has been filled! Thank you! I'm looking for a background artist for my next visual novel. In Blood is a dark fantasy/horror/otome that takes place in another dimension. Think foggy, spooky swamps and run-down mansions. I want everything that takes place there to look wet, dreary, old, and c...

Re: As We Know It [GxB][GxG][post-apocalyptic|romance|drama][Otome|Yuri|Visual novel]

Oh hey, I remember this! Jude was my favourite in the demo. Great work; I'm happy to see it's out now~ Just a small side note on the Steam page: it'd be good to tag it as a 'visual novel' so it can reach out to its niche audience :) I hope it goes well!! I will try to tag it as that! But sometimes ...
