There is no restraint on where your game comes from, though it has to be in English and well written. There IS certainly a minimum quality level we expect. Well the 5% is because we'll be a little more involved most likely... and yes, VNs are a harder sell.
Plus I am not sure how long that 45% offer will last before it just goes up to 50% flat.
