Are you using .WAV files in that particular project, by any chance? Ooh! I knew there was something I forgot to try. I was using .wavs, so I've converted the sound files to .ogg and they seem to be working just fine (as is an .mp3 I copied in). How odd. Thank you! I guess I can just keep doing that...

Yup, as are has_music and has_voice. (They don't seem to be working either.) Volume sliders are also all the way up.
