Oh, finally I understand. RENPY SAVE EVERYTHING, all the variables are saved. But you can't read the values before the game is loaded. All variables are saved and restored with the game. Ren'Py itself handles this. There are ways to break it, but they are rare, and should be fixed by fixing your code, not manully saving it alongside savefile.
