Mycorrhiza [Horror Manga Inspired] [Demo]

https://i.ibb.co/nf66hyG/Itchio-Banner.gif Mycorrhiza is a love letter to horror manga in the form of a visual novel. Some of our biggest inspirations include the works of Junji Ito and Masaaki Nakayama. While the protagonist is trying to find a way back home, reality distorts and people’s morals s...

Just clearing this up that the MP3 format has not required licensing since 2017 when the patent expired and was not renewed.
Oh dang, that's great. Thank you for the correction!

[CC BY-NC] J-Rock song featuring vocals and stems, perfect for openings!

I've released a J-Rock song and the individual instrument stems and MIDIs under a CC BY-NC license: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/ This means that you can use them all for non-commercial projects and modify them (including making up your own lyrics and singing over the instrumental)...

Re: (Help)It is impossible to make a Loop with mp3

As a composer how do you deal with this issue? Do you just not use mp3 or other lossy codecs? Do you use an application to trim it in the export? The standard audio format that's usually used is .ogg (not just because it loops seamlessly but also because you don't have to worry about license stuff,...

Re: How does one properly use the "Tight" audio command?

Thanks for your reply @Jackkel! I've tried different variations of the python command version, but unfortunately haven't gotten it to work yet, I'd appreciate it if you could let me know if you have more luck than me if you get around to trying it out! And no worries, I already know about multiple c...

Re: How does one properly use the "Tight" audio command?

When I swap between BGM tracks without silence between them, I usually do something like: play music <2nd track> fadein 1.0 fadeout 1.0 This should fade out the first track, then fade in the second. This isn't quite what I'm looking for since I'm looking into crossfades specifically, but this is st...

[Solved] How does one properly use the "Tight" audio command?

Ren'Py Tom replied to my question on Twitter and told me that tight is in fact not for making cross fades, so that clears up why it didn't work the way I wanted it to! From what I understood, it just makes sure that a looping sound still continues looping while it's being faded out, so it won't sudd...

[Closed] Seeking Editor for Horror VN "Pengembara" (inspired by Junji Ito)!

I’m seeking an editor for a horror visual novel called “Pengembara”! My name is Tim/FulminisIctus and I’m inherently an “audio guy” for visual novels (I mainly do composition and sound design, but also voice over editing and audio direction). I’ve been working in the indie VN scene for over half a d...

She was as speedy as the thread title promises while doing everything really thoroughly. All in all I can wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable...

Thank you for sharing these!! I plan to use them for my Yuri Jam game (it will contain LGBT characters but it's NSFW) is it okay for me to use your music? I will credit appropriately of course. Hi Red, I'm glad to hear that you like them! Sure, feel free to use them in LGBT and NSFW games as well! ...
