You could alternatively define an image that interpolated the variable part in the name string:

Yes, just add the who_xalign to the Character.

You could also consider automating it based on the position of the relevant character sprite (more useful if they move around), like:

It would go to winthegamerimba += 1

True (as cambasketspe resolves to True)

Maybe you wanted:

if teambasketlay >= cambasketblo or teambasketlay >= cambasketspe:

xzoom = -1

Inline use would be something like:

    show expression Transform("eileen_composite", xzoom=-1)
You could, if needed, set the xzoom value as a variable and toggle it between 1 (normal) and -1 (flipped)

What Imperf3kt means is probably:

Side images are shown as part of the say screen (not on the 'master' layer like other sprites), so you'd just want to move the zorder of the say screen to be above the choice screen (as both those screens are on the 'screens' layer)

I would suggest creating a new game (you can delete if afterwards) and checking if the folders appear in that one.

If they do, copy the ./gui/ and ./images/ folder into your other game folder

The images folder would be inside the game folder of the relevant project

Another alternative would be a completely new sprite (including the 9 mouth shapes) of your own design, if anyone is up to doing that.

I could teach you how to automatically make them talk in sync to an audio recording if wanted...
