Re: Beneath a Broken Mirror - [Drama, Suspense][Long][Free] UPDATED
This seems like a great premise and the reviews make me very interested. Would you mind if I did a blind LP of it? Thank you for your interest! Sure, feel free to go ahead! It would probably be advisable to put a warning at the beginning of each video, or each part where a warning would apply, beca...

Re: Beneath a Broken Mirror - [Drama, Suspense][Long][Free] UPDATED
It's been a long time coming, but a gallery feature has finally been added to the visual novel. Several event images have received visual tweaks. A few new lines of dialogue and minor tweaks to existing dialogue have also been made. The new version also fixes some typos and visual errors.

Re: Beneath a Broken Mirror - [Suspense, Drama][Free]
Thank you for the very detailed feedback. Apologies about the very slow response - I haven't been in the best place lately. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed it so much. One point that did surprise me was that Oswald didn't seem guilty enough to you - I was sure that was coming across clearly. He'll nev...

Re: How to write and designing a character correctly?
A few things I tend to consider when developing a character: - What is their personal conflict? This can be internal or external, and there can be several conflicts. Does the conflict relate to any of the other characters and affect their interactions? - What are their flaws, and how aware are they ...

Re: "Blank slate" vs "Developed" dating sim protagonists
I very much prefer a developed protagonist with an actual personality. Adding to that is the fact that choices in visual novels mostly don't play out the way I want for them to, so when there's a personality present it feels less like a case of mistaken identity when the protagonist decides to inter...

Re: Beneath a Broken Mirror - [Suspense, Drama][Free]
@hyesunxoxo: Glad to hear you're interested. I've put effort into making the story line for each perspective feel distinct. I hope you'll find the read enjoyable! @Ertal77: I've chosen to make the visual novel available for free because it's a a story I wanted to tell and isn't made with any specifi...

Re: What music to listen to while drawing?
I nearly always listen to music when I draw, and I find that it helps me concentrate better. Lyrics don't distract me, but they should fit the theme I'm working on so they don't give me new, separate ideas. Most of the time I hit shuffle until something clicks with the idea I had in mind, then I put...
