Any way to make a built game more friendly for G-Sync screens?
A few players reported that as they use advanced screens, the game tends to flicker or briefly turn into black screen unless the screen is manually set to turn off the G-Sync features. It also starts to lag severely, or losing track of the mouse. For some people, running the game in window mode help...

Re: The Steam Deck - can I force the game to use the right trackpad to act as the mouse by default?
Thank you. I believe the first link was already followed by the game's publisher when I found it two weeks ago. I took another look at it before I posted here and it doesn't say anything about "trackpads". You point at the second link, but I don't know what sort of commends am I looking fo...

The Steam Deck - can I force the game to use the right trackpad to act as the mouse by default?
Pretty much the title. The players noted that they have an issue with selecting dialogue options or buttons with the default Steam Deck controls - it works most of the time, but sometimes acts weird. What seems to fix the issue is mapping the right trackpad as a mouse in the Stem Deck settings. Sinc...

Is there a way to make a build of a game that would support M1 Macs?
A few people asked me if I can do anything to make the game viable for their devices. Do I understand correctly that so far Ren'Py doesn't address these Macs? I assume it's somehow tied to a "64 bit version", as one player said it?

Roadwarden [Fantasy/RPG/Pixel Art]
Hello there! I used Ren’Py to work on Roadwarden for almost 4 years, and now it’s available on Steam ! It’s an illustrated text-based RPG in which you explore and change a hostile, grim realm. fv_RkRib63I Originally, I intended to make an NVL game with bits of adventure game systems, but as the time...

Re: Roadwarden [Fantasy/RPG Elements/Pixel Art] [DEMO]
Grave news! Roadwarden's new release date is September 12th!
I apologize to all of you who planned to play it this weekend. We need to polish a few small issues before you can start your adventure.
I'm deeply sorry, but it will be worth the wait!

Re: Roadwarden [Fantasy/RPG Elements/Pixel Art] [DEMO]
This is it. My last ScreenshotSaturday before Roadwarden's release . Can't wait to bring you the good news on Thursday! I estimate it's a 30+ hours campaign, but completionists will spend even more time completing the large, world-changing quests. And since all quests are optional and most of them c...

Re: Skipping "text speed" display with LMB locks the mouse in LMB viewport
Fantastic, thank you! Simply removing mouseup_1 was too much of a price (it removed an option to speed up the display at all, or to skip Fade), but so far it looks like replacing it with mousedown_1 both remains its purpose, and doesn't collide with the scrollbar! I'll test the game thoroughly tomor...

Thank you, that's very helpful!
Just in case I get any pushback from GOG - could you recommend me where could I look for a list of such software used by Ren'Py?

Ren'Py games and required Redists for Good Old Games
GOG is asking me a question I can't answer:
Should I select any of these?
